If you decide not to complete a course or Specialization that you've paid for, Purple Slingshot may be able to refund your payment.

PurpleSlingshot.com users (the student buying the course), and other entities involved in this process and transaction agree to this policy herein.

 

Eligibility criteria for refund:

The person who paid for this course.

In most cases,

If you pay for an online course, you can request a refund within 3 days which shall be credited to your original payment within (Fourteen 14) days after your payment.

If you pay for an one-one coaching, you can request a refund within 7 days which shall be credited to your original payment within (Fourteen 14) days after your payment.

Once you have earned your course benefit, you are no longer eligible for a refund.

Refunds shall only be considered prior to the participant reaching the 50% benefit threshold. Once you have earned your 50% benefit from the course, you are no longer eligible for a refund. The determination of this threshold shall be at the sole discretion of PurpleSlingshot.com.

Conditions and Circumstances for the Refund

The processing fee will not be refunded. Any platform, payment gateway, or third-party charge applicable in this process will not be refunded.

The refund will be made on the request of the person paying for the course and the student discontinuing to use our learning services.

The refund will not be made if the student cannot attend the classes for their fault, does not provide the withdrawal notice, and does not send the refund notification to us within 5 days of enrolment.
